Me and My Microphone
Since I was a child, I’ve been fascinated by vocalists. The power they wield through their voices, the joy they can spread through song. This inspired me to sing.
It was challenging at times. The microphone can be difficult to hide behind, especially if you don’t play an instrument and it took me a long time to be comfortable with my own voice and confident enough to sing in front of others.
It doesn’t matter if I’m singing karaoke alone or performing in front of others with my band. Singing allows me to forget about my worries and just be in the moment.
